Why are the sessions so long?
Newborns are unpredicatable therefore we never know how long it will take to capture enough variety and shot to fill your gallery. We always allot enough time to feed, change, and use several setups for a variety of looks.
Do you use props?
I have all the props we'll ever need as well as a rainbow of colorful hats, halos, headbands,and wraps to dress baby.
Can I have photos taken with my baby?
We allot plenty of time to photograph baby with the parents and/or siblings, if you choose.
Do I get the digital images?
You sure do!
Do I have to order prints through you?
You don't have to but highly encourage you to due to the quality difference in professional prints vs. chain prints. We have a sample if you'd like to see!
When should I book my Newborn's session?
ASAP!
All you need to do is use your Due Date to book a spot!
We prefer to photograph baby within the sweet spot of the first 7 - 10 days of life!
We'll ALWAYS adjust that date once baby is here, because we NEVER know when baby will actually be here!
We only have 2 openings for Newborn Sessions per week and they fill up fast!

The ideal time for Newborn Photos is within baby's first 14 days. During this time, ultimately Baby tends to be less sensitive to touch which makes posing that much quicker & easier.
Schedule during pregnancy to ensure you get a spot before baby reaches this age.
